Um Ihnen eine persönliche Faxnummer zuzuteilen, erfordert die Regulierungsbehörde Telekom/Post für deutsche Nummern von Ihnen einen Adressnachweis. Dies gilt z.B. auch für andere Länder wie Italien. Ohne ihren Adressnachweis können wir Ihnen die Wunschnummer nicht aktivieren. Dies geschieht über die Zusendung eines Dokuments wie z.B.:

Eingescannter Reisepass
Eingescannter Personalausweis (beide Seiten)
Telefonrechnung
Gas- oder Stromrechnung
Handelsregisterauszug

Wichtig: bitte das Dokument vollständig und nicht nur einen kleinen Ausschnitt einscannen. Außerdem darf das Dokument nicht älter als 12 Monate sein (außer Personalausweis oder Reisepass).

Nachdem wir den Adressnachweis geprüft haben, erhalten Sie die ausgewählte Nummer (normalerweise innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen). Sie erhalten einen Skype Chat und/oder eine Mail mit dem Ergebnis der Überprüfung.

The telecommunication regulations in Germany, Italy and some other countries, require that you provide a proof of residence for the requested fax number. Without this document we can not assign a number to your account. Examples of proof of address are:

Copy of your passport
Copy of your identity card (both sides)
Phone bill
Gas or electricity bill
Company registration

Important: Please scan and send the entire page, not just a part of it. The document must not be older than 12 months.

After we have verified your address, you will receive your personal fax number (usually within 1-2 working days). You will receive a Skype chat and/or email with the result of the verification process.

La normativa sulle telecomunicazioni in Germania, Italia e in alcuni altri paesi richiede la prova della residenza per il numero di fax richiesto. Senza questo documento non possiamo assegnare un numero al vostro conto. Esempi di prova dell'indirizzo sono:

Copia del vostro passaporto
Copia della carta d'identità (entrambi i lati)
Bolletta del telefono
Bolletta del gas o dell'elettricità
Registrazione dell'azienda

Importante: si prega di scansionare e inviare l'intera pagina, non solo una parte di essa. Il documento non deve essere più vecchio di 12 mesi.

Dopo aver verificato il vostro indirizzo, riceverete il vostro numero di fax personale (di solito entro 1-2 giorni lavorativi). Riceverete una chat Skype e/o un'e-mail con il risultato del processo di verifica.
