You can easily remove the online storage settings from PamFax by accessing the PamFax Portal and then clicking on "Faxes" and "Backup" (Direct link: https://portal.pamfax.biz/myfaxes/backup/).

First, check all three checkboxes on the left regarding the backup settings and then click "Remove provider". This will remove the online backup option from your PamFax account.
