When ordering a number which requires verification of residency (like for a German local area number), your PamFax number will be shown in your account but it will be busy when you try to call it. This is because our provider must first check the documents you provide. Only after approval, your number will be switched from "busy" to online. Please note that this process may take up to 2 days.

Nachdem Sie eine lokale Rufnummer in Deutschland bestellt haben, wird diese in ihrem PamFax-Konto angezeigt. Es ist allerdings möglich, dass Sie ein Besetztzeichen erhalten, solange die von Ihnen übermittelte Verifikationsdokumente noch nicht geprüft und akzeptiert wurden. Dieser Prozess kann bis zu zwei Tage dauern. Nach erfolgreicher Prüfung wird die Nummer dann auch erreichbar sein.
