When buying a credit pack, is the entire amount added as credit or is a fee deducted?

When you purchase any of the credit packs you will get the entire amount added to your PamFax account. We do not deduct any handling charge, setup fee or other cost from your purchase. Note that if you are an EU private person VAT is added and this is not added to your account.
