How do I know my fax was sent?
Article Pamfax will inform you via one of the below methods:
* Skype Chat
* Email
* SMS
The Skype chat and email are free, the SMS involves a cost per SMS. You can configure these in the PamFax application or in the Portal. These can be changed anytime. To get a Transmission Report of your fax, just open your PamFax Portal and open the fax details page of the fax. There is "Transmission Report" button on that fax details page. Please note that Transmission Reports are only available for 30 days from fax sending date if you do not have an active PamFax Professional Plan.
