How easy is it to send a fax with Pamfax?
Article Very easy. PamFax integrates into Office and other platforms. You can start the PamFax application by clicking on the desktop icon.

Once started, you will be presented with a wizard type window where you can select how you want to fax. There are three options: Document, Scan and only a cover page.

Once you have chosen one of the three you need to enter the fax number and pay. After payment your fax will be processed and you will receive regular status via Skype chat, email and/or SMS.

You have access to your own online PamFax portal where you can review the history, resend failed faxes, download PDF versions of sent faxes and change settings.

In addition PamFax integrates to Facebook and Salesforce.com which makes accessing the portal and sending faxes even easier.
