Is PamFax compatible with an environment where multiple Skype clients are running?
Article PamFax will run in environments where you have multiple Skype clients running (with Run As). PamFax will automatically communicate only with the Skype instance running in a particular account.

However there is a known limitation of the architecture of Skype's Extras Manager that prevents the update routine of PamFax to complete correctly.

This means that should you notice that PamFax downloads an update you MUST:

1. Close all other Skype instances (leave main one running)
2. Answer "Yes, Install update" in PamFax (shown after download)
3. Close main Skype (As instructed by PamFax)
4. Restart Skype and then start PamFax (Do not start other Skype instances!)
5. After the update is completed you may start the other instances of Skype

We are investigating this further and will update this article as neccessary.
