My PamFax is broken, how do I do a complete re-install?
Article If there is a problem, then follow steps before to do a fresh, clean install.
1. Uninstall PamFax. Open Skype, click Tools, Do More, Manage Extras and when you see PamFax click on Menu, Uninstall. This will uninstall PamFax
2. Quit Skype
3. On Windows Vista, delete folder C:\ProgramData\Skype\Plugins\Plugins\76DD75F4114D4980AA886269FB262203. On any other Windows version, delete the folder C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Skype\Plugins\Plugins\76DD75F4114D4980AA886269FB262203 Note that this folder might be hidden by default, change folder settings in Windows Explorer accordingly.
After that you can restart Skype and install the latest PamFax build from www.pamfax.biz.
