The main difference is that the Pamela Call Recorder (PCR) is available via Skype Extras Manager only.
It also provides only a subset of functionality of full Pamela versions. PCR is based on Pamela Basic and offers only Skype call recording and Emotion Sounds where the full Pamela versions offer many additional productivity features to improve your Skype calling like Skype Video Recording and much more. These are things like Skype contact personalization, email forwarding, video recording, Skype podcasting and blogging and a lot more.
If you already have Pamela Basic, Standard, Professional or Business there is no requirement to install PCR as there are no functions added by having both Pamela version running.
